Terms of Use

By using Kanally, you agree to these terms. They're not long; three things matter most: we don't provide the content, subscriptions renew automatically, and don't use the car screen while driving.

1. What Kanally is

Kanally is a media player. It reads and plays the IPTV playlist you add. Kanally does not provide, host or distribute any TV broadcasts, movies or series, nor does it sell access to them. The app ships with no content.

2. You are responsible for the content

You are responsible for the source of the playlist you add to the app and for having the right to access that content. Kanally and Turunç Software cannot be held liable for any consequences of using an unlawful source.

3. Driving safety

The car screen mirroring feature is only for when the vehicle is parked or for passengers. Watching video while driving is dangerous and illegal in many countries. Don't look at the screen while you're driving. We accept no liability for any damage that occurs despite this warning.

4. Free use

Kanally's viewing, channel list, search, favorites and program guide features on phone, tablet and Mac are free and have no time limit.

Car screen mirroring on the free tier is limited to 40 minutes per day. The time resets every day. If you like, you can watch a short ad to earn 15 extra minutes for that day; this can be used at most four times per day. Watching ads is optional.

5. Kanally Pro subscription

A Pro subscription removes the time limit on the car screen and turns off ads entirely.

• The subscription is offered as weekly, monthly or yearly. The current price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen inside the app.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically. Unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged again for the same period.
• You cancel under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, you can keep using it until the end of the current period.
• No refunds are given for unused time; refund requests are handled by Apple.

Purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple's standard end user license agreement applies.

6. What you must not do

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Attempt to bypass the subscription checks
• Redistribute the app as if it were part of another product

7. Service continuity

Kanally is provided "as is". If your provider's server goes down, a channel goes off the air or your connection drops, the app will show you, but it can't fix it; these situations are outside our control.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the date on this page will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
